Through our investment in a combination press by MarkAndy, as well as a cutting and inspecting machine by Rotoflex, we have achieved a further milestone on the way to meeting the market’s demands for print quality and delivery reliability.

RÖMER ETIKETT is the first printing company in Germany that has put a UV flexographic printing press type P5 into operation. This machine was developed by the American manufacturer MarkAndy, according to specifications made by its operators. The end result was a machine that convinces through the simplicity of its operation, as well as high print quality and register accuracy.

RÖMER ETIKETT has fitted the machines with flexographic printing, screen printing and finishing options such as embossing, lamination and lacquer. A further option is the economic printing of packaging foil in the narrow web range.

Through a combination of an excellent digital printing plate and the application of low migration paint and lacquer from Siegwerk, we are able to print the finest transitions as well as meeting the demands of the food industry.

In order to achieve adequate control along with exact cutting in packaging, a servomotor driven rotoflex system has been acquired. In addition this system has been equipped with a punching unit, so that plain labels can be manufactured and delivered quickly and reliably.
