Dabbel labels are a special design which combines two labels so that a lot of information can be fitted into a small space. In contrast to sandwich labels, the in-between carrier can be printed. In addition there are various other design options. 1.The in-between carrier can serve as a label with up to 4 colours and the label itself can have up to 4 colours. 2. In-between carrier + label with up to 4 colours + label with up to 4 colours (the carrier can be white or transparent; cut-outs are possible). 3. Printing on the adhesive is possible. 4. The top label can be smaller than the underlying label. 5. It is possible to add a flap for ease of use. 6. Serial numbering is possible on the basic label. 7. The weight of the two layers can de adapted to suit difficult labelling applications. The many different ways of designing this label give it a wide range of applications in product design, for technical, functional and pharmaceutical labels or for promotions.
